The 9th edition of the Reggae Donn Sa festival will take place on November 5th at The Green Village – Coteau Raffin. This year, the headliners are Daddy Mory, Pierpolzak and Tiwony. Pre-sale tickets are at Rs 600 and will go up to Rs 800 on the day of the concert. VIP tickets are available at Rs 1000.
In 2005 for the first edition of the Festival, Daddy Mory and Pierpolzak were the sponsors of the event. They are back 17 years later to ignite once again the festival-goers who will make the trip: “Originally we wanted to bring Ky-Mani Marley. Negotiations were going well except that Covid came to play the party and the artist is currently unavailable. Having very good relations with Daddy Mory, Pierpolzak and Tiwony we called on them to offer a 100% French-speaking Reggae Donn Sa festival to Mauritians,” explains Bruno Raya, the director of Live N Direk Entertainment – the organizer of the concert.
He also explains that the festival will be held over two days next year: “This is indeed the last time that Reggae Donn Sa takes place all night. For the next editions, the festival will be held over two days,” says Bruno.
