Propertycloud.mu has launched the Mauritius Real Estate Awards , set to be one of the most prestigious events in the real estate sector aiming at recognising and celebrating the industry’s leading stakeholders and top achievers.
Comprising three official categories, namely residential, commercial, and the estate agency segments of the industry, these awards aim to identify and celebrate the top stakeholders and real estate projects shaping the future of the Mauritian landscape. Entries are already open via the official submission link propertycloud.mu/awards. The closing date is 30th of October 2023.
“The Mauritius Real Estate Awards aims to both recognise and celebrate the industry’s leading stakeholders and top achievers. We encourage all entities to submit their nomination as we feel it’s time to identify the leading projects and developers in the country and officially acknowledge their contributions to the industry”, says PropertyCloud Managing Director Bryan Wester.
The announcement was made on 2 October 2023 by PropertyCloud, one of the leading property portals in Mauritius hosting over 11,000 properties for sale and rent on its platform. Nominees will be evaluated by stringent ranking criteria overseen by an independent panel of judges, ensuring the highest level of professionalism in analysing each project’s characteristics.
An exclusive black-tie gala ceremony will be held on 30th November 2023 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Balaclava during which the top three finalists will be announced. Some 120 selected guests, industry stakeholders and media will participate in the event. The winners of each category will take home the official title, trophy, and certificate of their achievements.
