The Côte d’Or Technopole, Landscope Mauritius’ flagship project, won the prestigious ‘Best Mixed-Use Project’ and ‘Best Commercial Project’ awards at the Mauritius Real Estate Awards, held on 30 November 2023 at the Hotel Intercontinental. Iremia Côte d’Or by Landscope Mauritius won the award for ‘Best Residential Project for Mauritians’.
Recognising the best real estate projects, developers and agencies supporting the growth of the Mauritian real estate sector, 11 officiel winners were announced after undergoing a rigorous ranking process by a panel of external judges, with compliance oversight provided by officiel audit partner, Konformitas Consulting.
