It was their experience as parents of children diagnosed with Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder that encouraged the couple to make a career change: “When our children were diagnosed with ADD and ADHD, we spent a lot of time researching the subject so that we could educate them properly to live in the world as it is. Over time, we developed a methodology that we then shared with the general public. We’ve been giving talks for about ten years now, mainly in Belgium,” says Laurent.

When faced with a child with ADD/ADHD, the best attitude to adopt is to turn this shortcoming into a strength: “The education system wrongly makes children with ADD feel guilty, even though they are gifted for other things outside the classroom. We have developed tools for children, parents and teachers to work with children to give them the means to fulfil their innate potential,” explains Laurent.

The couple also offer training courses to combat violence and harassment in schools. The calendar is available on their Facebook page: S Coaching International.
