Blakkayo is flying to Reunion Island in December. The artist will perform at the IOMMa music market on December 8 before taking the stage at Sakifo on December 10. The Soz Serye tour will start in August next year with a participation in the Reggae SunSka festival – one of the biggest music festivals in France.
The serious things begin for Blakkayo. Much appreciated in Mauritius and abroad, the artist has validated his participation in two major musical events in Reunion Island: “He will be on the stage of IOMMa on December 8. During his 30-minute performance, he will mainly cover tracks from Soz serye – his latest album. On December 10 he will share the same stage with Pix’L, Danakil and others during the Sakifo festival. Blakkayo will perform for an hour his standards as well as his new songs,” explains Stephan Rezanah – the producer and manager of the artist.
The year 2022 promises to be just as rich for Blakkayo. And for good reason he will participate in the Reggae SunSka festival in France. This festival will be the prelude to the Soz serye tour that will take place in Europe: “Blakkayo will play for his fans in the diaspora, but also in festivals whose dates have not been confirmed yet,” says Stephan.
