In a superb match, Liverpool and Manchester City did not manage to separate (2-2) this Sunday on the occasion of the 7th day of the Premier League. On a big rhythm, the two formations gave each other blow for blow. In the standings, Liverpool and City occupy respectively the 2nd and 3rd position.
The Reds led twice but the Citizens got a point thanks to a goal from Kevin De Bruyne, who played the whole game. In the standings, Liverpool remains 2nd with 15 points, one less than Chelsea. City is 3rd with 14 points as are Manchester United (4th), Everton (5th) and Brighton (6th).
With Mohamed Salah, Virgil van Dijk, Jordan Henderson and Sadio Mané, the Reds went on the charge and settled in the opponent’s camp. Despite their will, the Reds were inoffensive against the Citizens, very cautious for about twenty minutes.
