Food Frenzy and Moka Smart City are partnering for the first edition of the Moka Street Food Festival. The event will be held at the Telfair Amphitheater on May 6 from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. The festival will bring together some 20 restaurateurs from all culinary backgrounds. Admission is free.

Foodies are already salivating! And they’re right, because the Moka Street Food Festival intends to treat them. For Marc-André Hein, the director of Food Frenzy, this festival is an invitation to make your taste buds travel: “There will be something for everyone. Festival-goers will be able to taste different types of cuisine ranging from local, European to Asian. I would also like to point out that there will also be restaurateurs who will offer 100% vegan cuisine. Curious foodies won’t come for nothing!”
In addition, a kids corner will also be set up and musical entertainment is planned: “We’re going to want to make this festival a family event where families can gather around food in a good atmosphere. If all goes well, the Moka Street Food Festival will become an annual event,” explains Marc-André.
