Sculptor, Jacques-Henri Dick has been the new darling of tiktokers for 5 months. His motivational videos gather thousands of viewers every Sunday. And the number is still growing.
Jacques-Heni is a figure who needs no introduction when it comes to woodcarving. But it is his live videos on Tik Tok that this young man from Bambous seems to find his happiness: “I discovered Tik Tok during the last confinement. It’s a great application, except that some people use it for free insults. To change that, I started making daily 15-second videos to help people feel better about themselves.”
And right away, success was there even if Jacques-Henri had to endure a wave of criticism on Tik Tok: “My viewers asked me to extend my 15-second videos. So I decided to treat a particular subject on Tik Tok live on Sundays from 20:00 to 20:45. If at the beginning, I had only 335 viewers, today, I have more than a thousand and the number keeps growing. But I have also suffered several insults. And as I have always reacted positively to these criticisms, today those who insulted me turn out to be among the most faithful of my lives.
Defending himself from being a psychologist and far from being a teacher, Jacques-Henri attributes the success of his lives to the participation of the viewers themselves: “The unaccustomed expect me to bring answers to their questions.
