A second victory for the Club M in Portugal. Yesterday, Tony François’ team beat Louletano FC, a third division club. Adrien François of GRSE Wanderers opened the scoring and the Portuguese team equalised. On 65 minutes, Emmanuel Vincent of ASPL scored the winning goal.
Club M won 2-1 on Tuesday afternoon in a friendly match against Portuguese club Louletano DC (Portuguese National Championship, D4 equivalent) and maintained its unbeaten record on Portuguese soil with a 2-0 win over Lositano FC VRSA. The scorers were Adrien François and Emmanuel Vincent.
Before returning to the country, the national team will meet the club Olhanense, the leader of the second division, Saturday.
The Mauritian team has been in Portugal for almost a week now, Club M to prepare for its double confrontation against Sao Tome and Principe (24 and 27 March). These matches are part of the preliminary stages of the African Cup of Nations (CAN 2023).
