4th Edition Of The Street Dance Battle : The Winners Are Known

Must Read

The final of the 4th edition of the Street Dance Battle took place on December 11 and 12. The organizers announced yesterday, December 16, the names of the winners.

The health crisis did not help matters. But the organizing committee was keen to hold the final, even if it had to be held behind closed doors and change some of the rules: “Of course, there was no battle in order to respect the health protocol that prohibits any sports competition. So we modified the competition and the participants took turns presenting their dance in front of the jury”, explains Kenji Kennedy, the initiator of the competition.

He also said he was pleasantly surprised by the level of the dancers: “The dancers excelled. We did not expect such a performance, especially in the absence of an audience to encourage the dancers. The organizing committee is very satisfied with this edition. We take this opportunity to thank the Minister and the officers of the Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Sports and Recreation who believed in this project despite the pandemic.
