She was returning from a store in cité des Dieux, Riambel when she was accosted by two young people from the locality. One of these two young people dragged her by force to his house where he made his friend sexually abuse this 14 year old girl. The victim, a schoolgirl, reported this case to the Souillac police station through a policewoman assigned to the family protection brigade.
It was in the afternoon of Tuesday, November 9, that a statement of “causing child to be sexually abused” was made to this effect. This one took place in the presence of her mother, who works in the tourist sector. The schoolgirl tells that she was raped on Friday, November 4. On that day, it was around 1 p.m. when she was returning home after going to a store in the locality.
On the way back, she was approached by two young men, whose names she only knows. One of them forced her into his house before she was sexually abused by his friend. The other young man in turn had to have sex with her without her consent.
She says she called for help and struggled with them, but to no avail. On Monday, November 7, she went to the office of the Child Development Unit of the Ministry of Gender Equality in the region before going to the Jawaharlall Nehru Hospital in Rose-Belle for treatment. She was admitted to the ward where the protocol for victims of sexual abuse was put in place.
