Available since November 1st, Retour en arrier is the 3rd solo album of Nicholas Larché. The artist takes a leap into the past to rekindle the flames of his first musical loves.
Appreciated for his songs with text, Nicholas Larché delivers another piece of himself in the present album. Both musically and textually as he explains: “Musically because I wanted to bring together several sounds to develop this album. Listening to it, music lovers will find blues, jazz and even softer notes. These are all sounds that have rocked my beginnings. That’s why the album is called Retour en arrier.
But in addition to his vocal and musical signature, the artist was keen to remain true to his textual obsessions: “A beautiful composition is worth nothing if the lyrics do not convey any message. I put a lot of time into the composition of my texts. Every line in my notes has been thought through at length.
