Must Read

Yesterday, Saturday, April 30, the Prime Minister’s Office, issued a statement, commenting on the case of Pater Uricek, the Slovak deported on April 26 despite a Supreme Court injunction. According to the PMO, the Slovak Peter Uricek is the subject of an international wanted notice (Interpol Red Notice). He was wanted in his country, which is part of the European Union. “Peter Uricek has not been deported or extradited, let alone expelled from the country by the State, the Prime Minister, the Passport and Immigration Officer, the Attorney General or the Director of Civil Aviation. This is what the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) says. The PMO speaks of a “lawful removal of the Slovak” who was the subject of an international wanted notice (Interpol Red Notice).

As a reminder, Slovak Peter Uricek was deported on April 26 despite an injunction issued by the Supreme Court. His lawyer Yatin Varma, who is also the president of the Bar Council, is categorically against the deportation of his client and he also pointed out that the government should have issued a “deportation notice”, as an extradition trial was underway.
