Arsenal was a step above Tottenham in the North London derby on Sunday. The Gunners won 2-0 at Spurs and are now eight points ahead of second-placed Manchester City. Mikel Arteta’s men took the lead with an own goal from Lloris (14th), who made a mistake on a strong cross from Saka, then Odegaard made the breakthrough with a low shot (36th). The second half was more competitive, but Arsenal kept their goal intact thanks to an excellent Ramsdale.

By implementing new rules, higher standards and increased expectations, the Dutch coach has succeeded step by step in putting the club back on top, where it belongs, where it should be.
Liverpool takes a slap!
Liverpool suffered a new blow on Saturday when they were beaten by Brighton (0-3) on the 20th day of the Premier League.
