Chris Pratt, who thrived as a debutant in MCU’S cosmical series as the chucklesome Peter Quill aka Star-Lord, extensively won the hearts of Marvel fans with his witty comedy. While being interviewed, Chris Pratt revealed that his days as Star-Lord will soon see their end.
Pratt was bewildered about his future in MCU as he expressed in an interview in Men’s Health. “(I) don’t know what’s gonna come next. You asked whether I’m cognizant, intentionally turning a page. The page is turning a page. Whether I want to or not. Because the franchises over”, he said in the interview. Currently, Pratt’s fans can watch him play Star-Lord in MCU’s two upcoming movies, Thor: Love and Thunder, releasing this Thursday, followed by Guardians of the Galaxy: Volume 3.
Apropos of Guardians of the Galaxy: Volume 3, Chris Pratt said that James Gun, the director, has created an absolute masterpiece. In conversation with Digital Spy, he said, “James Gunn just watched a rough assembly the other day. I called him yesterday. We facetimed, and he’s very, very proud of the work that everyone’s done.”
The movie is designated to be released in the United States on May 5, 2023, as a part of the MCU’s Phase Four. Pratt further added, “I can say with utter confidence that (Gunn has) made a true masterpiece, and I just cannot wait for people to see it.” He continued, “it’s James Gunn. He did all three movies, which is really special in the world of big box-office trilogies.”
The actor gave the example of an American Football player Russell Wilson, who left his favourite team.
Taking reference from this Chris said, “you want to be conscious and put a lot of effort into experiencing the moment. Like, this is going away. I want to take it in. You can’t take it in any harder than just being present to it.”
