BDO (Kenya) Will Probably Seek Redress

BDO (Kenya) issued a statement yesterday after the publication of the report of the Commission of Inquiry on the sale of shares in Britam Holdings Ltd (Kenya). It said that BDO (Kenya) and Sandeep Khapre “are taken aback by the loops and whorls in the narrative” of the Report “characterized by astounding inaccuracies” and take “strong exception to the flowery comments and prejudicial findings contained therein”. The statement also states that both Sandeep Khapre and BDO (Kenya) “are intent in seeking appropriate redress before the relevant courts of law”.
