Application For Judicial Review By Nando Bodha Concerning Municipal Elections Rejected

Nando Bodha, Veer Abhi Manuyu Trilochun and Maynanda Rajaratnam had filed an application for a Judicial Review challenging the Prime Minister’s decision to ask the President of the Republic to postpone the municipal elections on 16 June.
