90 days to renovate the Intensive Care Unit at Rose-Belle Hospital. This is the time that will be granted to a construction firm to completely renovate the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the J Nehru Hospital in Rose-Belle. For this purpose, a visit of the site for companies interested in this project has been scheduled for July 11.
The renovation work consists in removing the tiles and vinyls in the rest rooms, the dining room, the nurses’ toilets and replace them with antibacterial products. The air conditioning system and ventilation will be reviewed. The various wooden partitions will be replaced.
The roof will be made more waterproof. The terms of the contract for the company that will be called for the realization of this project has already been defined. Thus, any attempt at corruption will be severely punished. If the Ministry of Health concludes that the Contractor has engaged in corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstructive practices to obtain this contract, after giving 14 days notice, it may terminate the contract and expel the Contractor from the construction site.
The Contractor shall also take steps to ensure that no person acting for or on behalf of the Contractor engages in any type of fraud and corruption during the performance of the contract. Violation of the established rules will be considered a serious offence and appropriate action will be taken against the contractor, the contract states. It will be in August that will be known the company that will be called to carry out this renovation work.
