Rodtech Ltd came in end of may last, to fill in the lack in high tech products and services. “We are a new personal electronics store offering service, knowledgeable advice and brand-backed guaranties, Products are primarily Samsung devices including Smartphones, Tablets, Smartwatches, monitors and Earbuds.. But we do also stock an amazing value for money brand Volkano which includes Bluetooth accessories and speakers of all types and sizes with quality sound.” says Warren Mundy. He also reveals that “I have seen a gap in the market in Rodrigues with regards to aftersales service and also the rotation and importation of stock, ensuring that we have stock of the latest models of mobile phones is a big part of our business model”.
Samsung Care is going to be added up in the range of services as soon as the borders open. “Clients will be able to have software and firmware updates in-store as well as get diagnostics for hardware damaged devices. Once problems are diagnosed an official quote will be given to the client who can then decide whether they would like to repair the device” indicates the director. The repairs are planned to be done in Mauritius and concerning the shipment, it will be by air for a quicker service.
