Rama Valayden said that he, too, has been told that he may go home but he must return to Line Barracks tomorrow morning where he will be provisionally charged before the Port-Louis court.
For him, when a person is arrested, he cannot move freely. But when you are not free to move, you are under arrest. “According to my interpretation, I am under arrest. Because I am not free to move,” he said.
