An 18-year-old student has filed a complaint against her father, a 51-year-old police officer, for assault. The Montagne-Longue resident also accused him of domestic violence against her mother, a 43-year-old woman. She went to the police station in her village on the evening of Tuesday, December 14, to file a complaint to that effect.
In her statement, the teenager explained that at around 7pm on Tuesday, December 14, she saw her father arguing with her mother. She intervened to prevent the situation from getting out of hand. Vexed, her father punched her in the cheek. The girl said that her father was regularly looking for trouble with her mother.
Although she was not injured, the teenager said she felt pain. She went to the Montagne-Longue hospital for treatment after getting a form 58.
An investigation has been initiated at the Montagne-Longue police station on this officer assigned to a police station of the Metropolitan Police of the northern division.
