Jumbo Riche Terre confirms that one of its employees tested positive for Covid-19 on Friday, July 9, 2021. Management would like to point out that this employee was last present at his workplace for the last time on Monday July 05. As a precautionary measure, all the staff of the hypermarket was immediately subjected to antigenic tests. The Ministry of Health was also informed, and in accordance with current protocol, a “contact tracing” exercise was initiated.
To ensure the safety of staff and customers, the Jumbo Riche Terre store will be closed today, Saturday 10th July until further notice. A complete cleaning and disinfection exercise of the premises will be carried out tomorrow, Saturday, July 10. The management is in contact with the employee who tested positive to follow the evolution of his health condition and wishes him a good recovery. He is admitted to the hospital and is doing well.
