Le ségatier is the ‘nouvo baz manze’ of the capital. Located on rue Mgr Leen, this restaurant is a project that the Ramanisum couple has been working on for a long time: “Laura and I have been singing in restaurants for a long time. And since that time, we always wanted to offer our own. When the opportunity arose, we took it,” explains Alain.
With 50 seats, the restaurant offers only 100% local dishes: “Our menus will delight those who love typical Mauritian cuisine. And there is something for everyone. Even vegetarians will find their happiness here. Our chefs have not forgotten them. ”
