Arvin Boolell also returned to the subject that is currently making a lot of noise on the Champ de Mars side: the establishment of a Horse Racing Division under the responsibility of the Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA). For Arvin Boolell, “the recommendations of the Parry Report should have been taken into consideration.
