“We Have to be Prepared for Any Eventuality” – Says Khemraj Servansing

The former police commissioner was interviewed by the court of inquiry into the sinking of the Wakashio. After his deposition, he spoke to the press. He said that no system in the world is perfect. “There is no such thing as a perfect system.
