CSU Mobile App Launch

I have to rise to the occasion,” Prime Minister Pravind Jugnauth said this Tuesday at the launch of the Citizen Support Unit (CSU) mobile app. For him, this application will make life easier for all citizens of all spheres of lives, who will be able to report inconveniences encountered at any time of the day. “Today, people do not have to leave their home to look for the responsible department in order to address a problem,” the Head of Government said. The CSU’s new application allows the public to address their complaints. It can be downloaded to mobile phones. Videos and photos can be uploaded so that the CSU can locate and address the problems as soon as possible. Pravind Jugnauth did not miss the opportunity to evoke the management of the Covid-19 pandemic. He said he was confident that he could overcome the difficult times facing the country. He hopes that within six months the original food prices will be restored.

In his speech, the Prime Minister underlined that the CSU mobile app is in line with the Government’s vision of providing efficient and high quality services to the citizens. The CSU mobile app along with the Citizen Support Portal (CSP), he stated, will help to deal with complaints and queries in a more effective and timely manner, thereby enhancing the quality of life of citizens.
