Operational since 2023, the 3.9-acre site in Calebasses houses around 20 showrooms and offices for companies specializing in interior and exterior home furnishings. Together, these companies form a one-stop shop for construction, renovation, and decoration professionals.
On November 9, the business park held an event at which customers and professionals in the construction, renovation, and interior design sectors had the opportunity to discover the latest trends and new showrooms. The event aimed to provide a one-stop shop simplifying their shopping experience.
The business park already offers a wide range of products and services, including a vast selection of furnishings, tiles, kitchen furniture, decorative accessories, fittings and plumbing equipment, among others. It also has a restaurant open to the public.
Jean François Leclézio, promoter of this business park explains: “The creation of Pinpoint stems from an innovative concept in Mauritius. In fact, this business park brings together in a single location company that are benchmarks in interior and exterior home design. It has been designed to welcome professionals such as decorators and architects, as well as private individuals embarking on the construction or renovation of their home.
