The Lux Collective, a major player in the hotel industry, announces that its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Paul Jones, will be stepping down at the end of his contract on June 30, 2024, after a number of remarkable achievements. The Board of Directors wishes to express its sincere gratitude to Jones for his invaluable contributions and unwavering commitment to excellence. The search for a new CEO for the Group is underway as the company continues to implement its strategic plan under the leadership of its Chairman, Arnaud Lagesse, its Board of Directors and senior management.
Under Mr. Jones’ visionary leadership, The Lux Collective has experienced unprecedented growth and success, strengthening its position in the hospitality sector. His strategic choices, passion and dedication have taken the LUX* brand to new heights.

During his tenure, Paul was responsible for the Group’s global strategy for development and growth, particularly in China and Southeast Asia. He directly supervised all operations to ensure excellence in service and quality standards, as well as overseeing the company’s financial health.
