On Tuesday, following instructions from Police Commissioner Anil Kumar Dip, ACP Kistnasamy Armoogum met Rama Valayden. The latter gave him a report on his investigation into the Kistnen case. Report that concerns an investigation by the so-called Avengers panel of lawyers into the Kistnen case. The document contains a list of “suspects” and photos of objects that were found at the location where Soopramanien Kistnen’s body was found.
After his meeting with the new CCID boss, the lawyer made a statement to the press. He said that the document includes a list of suspects. He was careful to emphasise this point. Other suspects, said Rama Valayden, include Yogida Sawmynaden and his former bodyguards.
Rama Valayden said that this document should be made public. He also said that his life is in danger.
