He consolidates his first place in the general classification ahead of his teammates Alexandre Mayer and Yannick Lincoln.

Indeed, after having shown his strength during the second stage where he crossed the finish line with almost two minutes of advance on his runner-up, Christopher Lagane won this Thursday morning the individual time trial before settling his breakaway companions in the sprint in the road race this afternoon.
The great favorite to win the Tour of Mauritius 2021 has shown his versatility.
The fifth stage will be held this Friday with the dummy start at 10 am in Ebène. The real start will be given in Casela around 11 am while the finish will be judged in Grand Basin around 2:15 pm where a fourth victory for Christopher Lagane is not to be ruled out.
