Me Krishnakantsingh Auchoybur has been appointed Acting Head of the Horse Racing Division (HRD) with immediate effect by the board of the Gambling Regulatory Authority, on Tuesday December 20, 2022, following the resignation of Wayne Wood, who left his post on Sunday, December 18, 2022.
Me Auchoybur, 37, is a lawyer. He worked privately and on his own account, before joining Gambling Regulatory Authority and the Horse Racing Division as Legal Consultant in early 2022. He has also served as assistant to Wayne Wood, being the Vice-Chairman of Horse Racing Committee.
