The first day of the men’s handball championship ended with Curepipe Starlight SC’s 39-12 victory over Moka Rangers SC.
The Curepipe side, who are the main challengers to AS Vacoas-Phoenix in the title race, have started their campaign well. Curepipe Starlight SC beat AS Vacoas-Phoenix in the final of the Republic Cup on 16 October.
The second day starts next Friday, October 29 with the game Residence Geoffroy vs Riverland SC at 8pm at the Phoenix gymnasium. And on Sunday a great duel is scheduled with Curepipe Starlight SC vs Union Sportive de Beau-Bassin Rose-Hill at 9am in Phoenix.
