The MCB Group launched its Beyond Graduate Programme on 27 July. This programme will enable young graduates to join the Group.
The aim of this project is to attract the best talent in the country and from the Mauritian diaspora abroad to develop and grow within MCB.
The group is looking for ambitious graduates who are ready to take on new challenges and want to make a positive contribution to the world of financial services.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to choose between two specialist tracks, offering exciting prospects, namely ‘Financial Products & Services’ or ‘Coverage & Risk’. They will also benefit from an 18-month rotation period within the Group’s different business units, enabling them to gain experience in a variety of banking areas.
The Beyond Graduate Programme will also give graduates the opportunity to be at the heart of the industry, working with teams who are constantly shaping the banking and financial offerings. Graduates will have the chance to benefit from the insights, guidance and mentoring of experienced professionals, helping them to realise their full potential.
Any young graduate who is passionate and determined to make a difference within the MCB Group, can apply by 11 August 2023. Incomplete applications will not be considered, and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next stages of the selection process.
