Initiated by his father, Dilesh was only 5 years old when he started doing magic. Then at 14, during a trip to India, he took his first magic class. Back home, the teenager went on stage to give his first shows: “This training in India, allowed me to improve my techniques, but especially to develop more confidence in me.
Today known as the magician Rajah, he is very appreciated by children: “I give many shows for adults. But I am especially appreciated by children. That’s why I’m careful with my tricks. Moreover, the educational aspect of my tricks for children made the Constance group send me to give 3 performances in the Seychelles.
To stay up to date, the magician regularly flies to India to master new techniques: “Most people may not know it, but magic is an investment. To constantly offer new tricks, you have to invest and India is a country where tricks are still affordable.
In 2022, Dilesh wishes to get closer to the Mauritians: “I want to popularize magic more in Mauritius. I want to popularize magic more in Mauritius. I plan to give more shows in the trunks. I want to amaze more people, as my father did in his time.”
