He is back with the track Mo ti poule which appears on the album ‘Coulèr Mélanzé’. He is Ashley Peirera of his artist name, B.I.G.
Certainly, he has a short course in the music, but B.I.G forces the respect. At 30 years old, this resident of Sainte-Croix has four participations on compilations and two solo albums and… a title of record of the year with his song Mo pou fer a duet with Lin.
It was in 2007 that B.I.G. started making music, drawing inspiration from a deep sorrow: “I lost my mother when I was 16. This sudden loss inspired my first song entitled ‘Pou twa mama’. Then I made my way in the music business.
And this year, he returns with the title Mo ti Poule, a song that appears on the compilation ‘Coulèr Mélanze’ with artists such as Alain Ramanisum, Bruno Raya among others. But what is the song about anyway? “It’s a song about the nicknames between lovers. Mo ti poule is the name I gave to my wife. I’m happy that the song is regularly played on the country’s radios,” explains B.I.G., who announces the release of the video in September of this year.
