Among the teams, there is of course France which hopes to win against the Kazakhs to be able to defend its title in Qatar. Brazil

England, led by a great Harry Kane, author of a hat-trick, is almost certain to finish in first place in Group I, directly qualifying for the World Cup 2022, after its victory against Albania (5-0), Friday at Wembley.

The finalist of the last Euro confirmed his seriousness against teams of modest level, with a new score river, typical of its qualifying campaigns for a decade.

In a three defenders system, which had been used only against Germany and Italy this year, Gareth Southgate’s players did not give any chance to the Albanians, much weaker than their third place in the group suggested.

In a Wembley stadium filled with just over 80,000 spectators, the Three Lions didn’t need to force their way through the first half.

Harry Maguire (9th) and Harry Kane (18th) took advantage of marking errors to head home, before Jordan Henderson got on the end of Kane’s shot past Thomas Strakosha (28th). The midfielder scored his second international goal of the year, despite never having scored in his first ten years in an England shirt.

But the man of the match is Harry Kane, in great shape after having confided in the week his difficulties to recover from the final lost in July against Italy. The Tottenham striker was involved in all the dangerous attacks and scored two more goals before the break, first on a deep pass from Raheem Sterling (33) and then on an acrobatic return (45+1).
