The men’s and women’s national selections of Mauritius U20 volleyball who participated in the Indian Ocean Cup of Volleyball in Reunion Island returned with medals.
Four teams were present in each category: Reunion A, Reunion B, Mauritius and Seychelles.
In the final 100% Reunion in women’s it is Reunion A who won. The Mauritians took the bronze medal thanks to their victory 3-1 (15-25) (25-21) (25-9) (25-9) against the Seychellois.
In the men’s competition, Mauritius was able to reach the final but was however defeated 3-0 (13-25) (17-25) (21-25) against Reunion.
