Raquel Jolicoeur will finally be released tomorrow, Thursday 29 June. According to her lawyer, Sanjeev Teeluckdharry, a court order has been issued. Detained since 2 May 2022 following a search of her home in Roche-Bois, Raquel Jolicoeur was granted parole on Monday 26 June. The Bail and Remand Court imposed two sureties of Rs 300,000 each and an IOU of Rs 5 million. In addition, he is required to report daily to the nearest police station between 5am and 9pm.
Raquel Jolicoeur is provisionally charged with threatening to commit a terrorist act, possession of a firearm, money laundering, drug trafficking and possession of explosives.
