The National Productivity and Competitiveness Council (NPCC) launched, on Thursday, at SSS Venue Hall in Montagne Blanche, the Enterprise Go Digital Platform Advocacy Workshop.
The Enterprise Go Digital project is an initiative of the NPCC since March 2022 to enable enterprises to embrace digitalisation and be more responsive, productive, and sustainable through the implementation of digital solutions. The project is being implemented by the NPCC with the financial assistance from the United Nations Development Programme and the Government of Japan.
In April 2023, the NPCC unveiled the Enterprise Go Digital platform to provide a virtual one-stop shop for enterprises to manage their end-to-end processes and handle a number of activities digitally.
The platform features applications that support enterprises in improving their productivity and competitiveness. These include: the Sales automation module to create, manage leads, maintain customer database, send quotations and invoices; the Inventory management application to track and monitor stock; the Production management module to manage production efficiently; and the Enterprise marketing management to develop a marketing plan, creation of marketing content and customer support.
The benefits of the platform are two-fold: enable enterprises to have a better command over their tasks and activities, and help them save on time and resources.
