Good news or bad news? The old Juice application of the Mauritius Commercial Bank remains active for a certain yet undefined periods.
The new version of its application was launched on July 5 and since then alerts and SMS messages have been persuading all users to download and migrate to the new one which is more extensive in options.
However, registration remains impossible for a good number of users attributed to computer bugs and confusing error messages that do not indicate the real problems. The MCB Group has posted two messages on its Facebook page about this. The first one states: “Registration for the new version of Juice is currently unavailable. Our teams are working to resolve this technical issue. We apologise for the inconvenience and will keep you updated as soon as the registration is available again.
And the second one explains: “In order to ensure optimal conditions to proceed with your registration on the new application, we will postpone the deadline of 15 September: the old Juice will therefore remain accessible until further notice”.
