In the frenzy of everyday life, it’s sometimes necessary to take a break and refocus on what’s essential. That’s why Asha Jeenia offers mandala painting workshops.

Symbolizing the universe and life in geometric form, the mandala is also a powerful therapy. Yogatherapist Asha Jeenia has been running ‘mandala painting’ workshops for some time now: “In a session that generally lasts three hours, I introduce participants to drawing and painting mandalas. This connection allows participants to release their stress while breaking down any emotional blocks they may unfortunately be suffering from,” explains the therapist.
Another of the workshop’s benefits is that it helps participants refocus on themselves: “We forget ourselves too often, but it’s important to reconnect with ourselves. Mandala painting also provides this anchoring.”
As a reminder, the next mandala painting session will be held at the Be a Roshan center – Pointe-aux-Canonniers, on November 25 from 2pm to 5pm. Places are still available.
