Girl Invents Her Fake Kidnapping

Must Read

A 25-year-old student and resident of Grand Bay invented a fake kidnapping to leave with the man of her life. Being of different faiths, the parents of the young girl were opposed to their union.

In the early evening of Saturday, February 12, a staging was prepared to make believe in a kidnapping. Her prince charming, accompanied by another individual, arrived at her home to take her away. When all the police machinery was set in motion in the North Division for a kidnapping case on Sunday, February 13, the young man and the alleged victim surrendered to the police and both confessed to their deception.

This story began on the evening of Saturday, February 12. As a result of this incident, a 25-year-old man is accused of kidnapping his ex-girlfriend, who was forcibly removed from her home with the help of another man to an unknown destination. The young woman’s father, 64 years old, tried to intervene between the two men, but he was mistreated.

The sixty-year-old then went to the local police station to report a case of kidnapping. The victim is none other than his daughter, a student who lives under his roof.

It was around 7:15 p.m. when he heard a knock on his door. From the hallway of his house, he could see the suspect, who was the boyfriend of his daughter until 2019. Accompanied by another individual, the ex-boyfriend of his daughter entered his yard and asked him to open the door so he could talk to his daughter. As the father refused this request, the two men kept knocking and banging on the door, which finally gave way.

The 60-year-old said he went into the dining room and locked a wooden door. This one was also forced open and the two men went to his daughter’s room. The father tried to stop them, but was unsuccessful. The young woman, who was forcibly dragged away, was calling for help. Her father said he did everything he could to stop them from taking his daughter, but to no avail.

Shortly after he went out onto the street, they had disappeared. The father could not see in which direction they went. An aluminum door and a wooden door were damaged. Until last Saturday night, this father did not know that his daughter was still seeing this man he described as the ex-boyfriend.
