ABC Motors, the exclusive representative of the Eicher brand in Mauritius, has been awarded for its good performance over the year 2020-2021 despite a difficult context due to the health crisis linked to Covid-19. The dealer was elected “Best service dealer” for the East African region.
The award was given to ABC Motors after a comprehensive evaluation of performance indicators on various aspects of the brand’s representation, including spare parts business, customer satisfaction and skills development.
“This award is the culmination of the efforts of our entire team at every level of our day-to-day operations,” said Rakesh Ruchpaul, Operations Manager of the Eicher brand at ABC Motors. He added: “Eicher has quickly established itself as the benchmark in the commercial vehicle segment since its launch in Mauritius, and we are proud that our performance has been recognised by the parent company.
The Eicher brand was first launched in 2015 following negotiations between ABC Motors and the privileged partnership between Eicher Motors and Volvo Group. The vehicles are manufactured using the prestigious Swedish Volvo technology. Eicher operates in more than 35 countries, including key regions such as South Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
