On Sunday 20 August, Bishop Jean Michaël Durhône will be ordained bishop of Port-Louis, at a ceremony to be held at 2pm at the Marie Reine de la Paix monument in the capital. Preparations are well under way for the episcopal ordination ceremony of Bishop Jean-Michaël Durhône. According to the organisers, 50,000 people are expected to attend the official ceremony. The mass will be broadcast live on MBC, the CAPAV Facebook page, the media and the diocese of Port-Louis.
