Resident in France since 2021, Martine Fong-Rex is the new advertising manager for Radio J – a radio station dedicated to the Jewish community.
Her past as an animator also played in her favor, and she has been selected as a columnist for a new program entitled ‘Carnet de voyage’, scheduled to premiere on July 5: “Carnet de voyage is a new program that will be broadcast every Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. Paris time on Radio J. For the premiere, we’ve chosen Mauritius as our destination. Over the course of 8 consecutive programs, we’ll be covering an all-knowing theme about Mauritius for 30 to 35 minutes. The main aim is to introduce the Jewish community to Mauritius as a destination,” explains Martine.
Sponsored by the Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority, the show will also welcome local advertisers: “Mauritian companies who want to promote themselves through this show can contact me on social networks to take advantage of the flat rates.”
For host Léa Moscona, this new show is an escape “Carnet de voyage will enable us to discover tourist destinations and give vacation ideas and present a culture. It will make me travel too”.
