These are two important elements for the PTr. Ezra was my running mate in the past, and he is a very valuable element. He has brought a lot of ideas to the party,” he said. Joe Lesjongard went so far as to salute the courage of Ezra Jhuboo who, according to him, has said out loud what many people are thinking. “Navin Ramgoolam is losing the confidence of his party members. This explains the recent resignations of Kalyanee Jhugroo and Ezra Jhuboo from the party.
The MSM expresses its sympathy to Arvin Boolell
In a press conference on Saturday, Joe Lesjongard and Maneesh Gobin have had a field day on the Arvin Boolell issue. The two went as far as expressing their sympathy to the PTr leader in the Parliament. “Ramgoolam has gone so far as to invent a position for Arvin Boolell. It is clear that he still has to suffer all sorts of affronts from the PTr leader,” said Joe Lesjongard, who recalled that the Reds’ leader had called in bouncers to attack Arvin Boolell a few years ago. Maneesh Gobin was even more ironic. “Arvin Boolell has been made a sirdar in the party. I have a special thought for him on this Saturday morning.”
