In a document tabled by the Minister of Health this Tuesday in Parliament, following an interpellation by Eshan Juman, it is stated that from November 1 to 28, 2021, 139 Covid-19 positive patients died at New ENT Hospital. This represents about 40% of the total deaths that occurred during that time. Earlier, during the Private Notice Question, Kailesh Jagutpal had announced a total of 348 deaths from November 1 to 29. It should be noted that the highest number of deaths were recorded on Thursday 11 and Tuesday 23 November, with 12 deaths.
