A 22-year-old junior manager from Port-Louis jumped from the 7th floor of a building in Quatre-Bornes on Monday morning, August 8. Her body was taken to the morgue of the Victoria Hospital in Candos for an autopsy. The autopsy attributed his death to multiple injuries.
It was around 10 am on Monday, August 8 that this tragedy occurred. The young woman threw herself into the void from the 7th floor of the building where she was working. Police officers from the Quatre-Bornes police station, who were called to the scene, could only observe the horror scene on the ground. The body of the victim was covered before being transported to the Candos Hospital morgue for an autopsy.
An investigation was initiated to find out the motive of this act of desperation.
