Les Bleues are in the quarter-finals! The French team dominated Morocco in style in the Women’s World Cup Round of 16 on Tuesday August 8. After Diani’s quick opening goal after 15 minutes, Dali and Le Sommer crucified the Moroccans within 9 minutes to give France a 3-0 lead at the break. In the second half, the French team once again found the back of the net, with the inevitable Eugénie Le Sommer scoring a brace to give Les Bleues a definitive win.
