Valayden Wants The Setting Up Of A Commission Of Enquiry On The Monkey Business

Rama Valayden has challenged Pravind Jugnauth to set up a commission of enquiry on the Monkey Business. He and the other leaders of Linion Moris faced the press earlier this afternoon. They commented at length on the dismissal of Vikram Hurdoyal as Minister and his resignation as Member of Parliament. But Rama Valayden also addressed the issue of Monkey Business. He said that a group of monkeys, from the Eastern part of the country, were supposed to be sent to another country. However, the fact that they were not on board of the plane finally had angered powerful people. He said that this incident occurred before the resignation of Vikram Hurdoyal. Rama Valayden challenged the Prime Minister to set up a commission of enquiry on that business.
